We want you to love every item you receive from Rizzlly — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.


🛍️ Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at:

    (Include your order number and reason for return.)

Note: Personalized, print-on-demand, or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. swimwear or undergarments) are not eligible for return unless defective.


💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for your return.


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order separately.
